Sweet & Savory Chinese Noodle Beans

YIELD: 2 to 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • About 2 cups of chinese noodle beans (cut into 1 inch pieces)

  • Olive oil (1 tablespoon)

  • Minced garlic (1 tablespoon)

  • Raw honey (1 tablespoon)

  • Soy sauce or coconut aminos (2 table spoons)

Instructions:

  • Brush skillet with olive oil

  • Turn skillet on to a medium heat

  • Once heated, add beans

  • Add soy sauce and stir to coat

  • Add minced garlic and honey and stir until well incorporated

  • Devour
