Normally a small to medium deciduous tree with deep roots that gives a horseradish taste, this dwarf variety tops out at 6 to 8 feet tall making it the perfect edition for a smaller space. Moringa is rich in vitamins, minerals & antioxidants. All parts of the tree - bark, pods, leaves, nuts, seeds, tubers, roots, and flowers - are edible. The leaves can easily be dried & powdered, and then used as an addition to a smoothie or seasoning mixture.
